The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the village, close to Dulwich Park. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the reception staff was extremely welcoming. However, the room was a bit warm due to limited window opening. The location is perfect for those who enjoy a quiet road setting.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was a bit too hot to sleep comfortably with just one Dyson fan, but it had a double bed and a pull-out double sofa bed that suited our needs well. The location was excellent for our plans, with good transport links and being within walking distance of where we wanted to be in Dulwich village. The dining experience was mixed with the need to find our own cutlery and mugs, but the food was decent. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory overall.
